John Cena comes out and says it kills him to work for two people who got their jobs back all thanks to their scumbag whipping boy Seth Rollins. He says Triple H is one of the greatest of all time in-ring stars, but all he will be remembered for is being a corporate sellout, and no one deserved to be fired last week. Cena says everyone should get their job back because the Authority sucks, and he is going to make damn sure all of them are heard. He says he knows HHH and Stephanie are dumb and blind, so he has a plan B, and that is just to win. Cena says he is going to win the title and go home, and he will sit and wait until Ryback, Dolph Ziggler and Erick Rowan get their jobs back. HHH and Stephanie walk to the ring and Stephanie sarcastically says this is all so original, and she knows the fired Superstars can’t wait to see Cena win and take his ball and go home.
HHH says he expects more from Cena, because he knew the consequences, and he told him anyone who supported Cena would be fired. He says Cena convinced his team to help fight The Authority anyway, but they held their heads high and walked away instead of crying. HHH says they found a way back in because they always find a way to win, and Cena always has to make it about himself and has to be the hero. HHH says they actually didn’t want to fire anyone, but they did it to keep a promise, so maybe he will leave it up to the WWE Universe to rehire everyone. HHH says if the fans want them back and The Authority wants them back, he wants to know how bad Cena wants to see them back. He says Cena can win their jobs back if he wins his match, and Cena is skeptical and asks how he is stacking the deck against him. HHH says all Cena has to do is win a singles match, and it will be a lumberjack match against Seth Rollins, right now.
