I'm sure you've heard about or seen on TV the recent attacks in France. Well, for years, France has taken the nonchalant approach toward terrorism. Will these attacks finally make them care and act on it?
For years, in my opinion, the US has been too worried about being politically correct dealing with terrorist.
The 9/11 attacks didn't change that approach, in my opinion.
What will?
This IS war. My understanding of war is that there will be bloodshed. Why are we allowing this "abuse," if you will, by the terrorists?
The US needs to send that message, once and for all, that there will be hell to pay if they hurt any of our people and interests. That means the spouses, children, parents and love ones of these terrorists will pay as well the same way the citizens of the US and its allies have suffered by the acts of terrorism.
When will the civilized and peaceful society that you CANNOT be play nice with the terrorists? What will it take for us to realize and act on it?

Well said TS but as long as we have Obama as president and all those Politically Correct people out there, nothing will change. It'll just get worse.

The only way to respond to these people is to make sure it hurts them too.
